Yesterday, today, tomorrow and the day after. We always have something in mind and are constantly thinking about the next step or decisions we have made in the past. I think it´s important to just breath, be present and forget all about the things we “must” do.
Cold bath is cleansing both for the body and for our overheated brain. This project was all about finding a serenity in daily life.
